ACCEPTABLE USE / CONTENT SAFETY / MODEL DISCLOSURE
Analyze authorized work. Do not use the tool to create or amplify harm.
Effective August 28, 2026. StoryTeardown analyzes authorized finished video and produces structured text working documents; it is not a public image or video generator.
Authorized use
Use only video you own or have permission to analyze. The Service is intended for lawful editing review, education, production planning, and internal creative work. You remain responsible for the source, instructions, exports, and downstream use.
Sexual and NSFW content
Do not use StoryTeardown to generate, extract, promote, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification.
Violence and graphic gore
Do not use the Service to glorify, instruct, threaten, or facilitate real-world violence, self-harm, torture, or graphic gore. Lawful, non-graphic analysis of fictional or documentary craft may be reviewed case by case and may be blocked when risk is unclear.
Hate and harassment
Do not generate or distribute content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or that targets an individual with harassment or abuse.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material, sexualization or grooming of minors, exploitative child imagery, and instructions that endanger children are strictly prohibited. Suspected child-safety violations may be preserved and reported as required by law.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not create or facilitate deceptive deepfakes, impersonate a real person, falsify identity or consent, or mislead viewers about the origin or authenticity of synthetic or edited media.
Copyright and trademarks
Do not upload or analyze material without the necessary rights, reproduce protected scripts or dialogue beyond lawful use, remove ownership notices, imitate a protected brand deceptively, or use outputs to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Current AI models
The current production candidate sends separately consented cloud-analysis requests through the Packy gateway. The configured primary model is Google Gemini 3.5 Flash, with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash as fallback. These models produce structured text analysis from the supplied authorized video; StoryTeardown does not use Veo or another model to generate replacement video. The actual model used is recorded in the task receipt.
Moderation approach
StoryTeardown requires rights confirmation before analysis, limits accepted inputs, validates structured model output, and keeps cloud processing behind separate consent and account controls. We may reject an input, hold a task for review, block an output, remove access, or request evidence of authorization when content or behavior presents legal, safety, fraud, or rights risk. Provider safety controls supplement but do not replace these rules.
Report a violation
Report suspected abuse to gameziyi+keeporupgrade+storyteardown@gmail.com. Include the account or task reference, the category of concern, and a concise description. Do not email illegal media or payment-card data unless support provides a secure request.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may warn the user, reject or cancel a task, disable exports, suspend or terminate an account, revoke unlawfully obtained access, preserve evidence for disputes, and report conduct when required by law. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Terms and applicable law.
