What credits unlock
Every package funds the same eligible account-based analysis and server export features; only the credit quantity differs. Browser-local cut detection, editing, and local exports remain available separately. A purchase does not guarantee a fixed number of videos because task cost depends on the disclosed quote.
How task charging works
Before a paid cloud task starts, StoryTeardown shows an estimated credit cost and a maximum hold. Starting the task freezes only that confirmed maximum. Completion settles the supported actual usage and releases any unused hold. Failed or canceled tasks release the hold according to the task state.
One-time billing
Each package is a single top-up purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic top-up. Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record and processes the displayed charge and any applicable tax. Because no recurring plan exists, there is no future billing period to cancel.
Credit validity
Paid credits expire 12 months after purchase. Package bonus credits expire after 90 days. The separate 100-credit signup promotion expires after 30 days. Expiry is tracked by credit batch; using one batch does not extend another batch.
Refunds
Unused credit packs may be requested for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable; partially used packs receive manual review and are not guaranteed a full refund. Duplicate charges are refundable. Statutory withdrawal rights remain available where required and may be waived after first use of immediately delivered digital credits.
Current purchase status
The packages above are the exact planned prices and balances. Production checkout is kept fail-closed until Waffo approves the Store Review and the production payment path passes a no-charge checkout verification. A visible price or test checkout is not evidence of a completed payment.
AI model disclosure
Separately consented cloud analysis currently routes through Packy to Google Gemini 3.5 Flash, with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash as fallback. The models return structured text analysis from authorized video; StoryTeardown does not generate replacement video. See the Acceptable Use and Content Safety policy.
